BofA in Talks to Sell Private Equity Investments, Times Reports

Bank of America Corp. (BAC)’s Merrill Lynch unit is in talks to sell a portfolio of private equity investments to Partners Group Holding AG (PGHN), a Swiss financial- services company, the Sunday Times reported.

The sale is part of a wider plan to raise capital and some of the investments are managed by third-party funds including North Cove Partners, the London-based newspaper reported, without saying where it got the information.
